The Alliance for Texas History was formed by and exists for those who believe that history is about discovery, dialogue, and the pursuit of understanding through careful research, critical analysis, and honest debate. As an institutional member, your CHC will be welcomed, respected, and engaged in a cohesive professional community.   • ACCESS: As a member, you will have access to our Member Directory which provides tools for you to search for other historians based on their interests and expertise and then email them to connect.
