Parking on Campus

Free parking for all attendees is available in lot 20. A purple sign indicating visitor parking availability is posted at the entrance to lot 20. Although parking on campus is free, you must register your vehicle. No permit or sticker is issued or required.

We suggest doing that in advance at https://tcu.t2hosted.com/cmn/auth_ext.aspx or by scanning the QR code at the lot entrance.

Instructions for Overnight Parking Permit at Hyatt Place

1. Three ways to get started.

a. Go to https://go.parkingmgt.com/F4EQnU.

b. Text B3FC to 409.405.5080.

c. or, scan the QR code on signs in the parking lot.

2. On the “How to Park and Pay” screen, click CONFIRM.

3. On the “Are you staying overnight?” screen, there is no reason to complete the process if you are leaving before 10pm. If yes, complete the form.

4. Add your vehicle information and date of checkout.

5. IMPORTANT: On the payments screen, DO NOT click Confirm. Click the link to Enter a Validation Code.

6. Enter CMPTCU as the validation code and confirm.
